  Third Sector Workshops
  Preventing & Managing Stress in yourself and in Others
 
 
This workshop is aimed at all staff and managers who feel they could benefit from reviewing their work/life balance as well as reviewing how a team support each other on a day to day basis.

    The workshop will comprise of the following issues:
     
  Understanding the different causes of stress.
  Being able to recognise the signs and signals of stress both in you and in others.
  Being able to handle situations where colleagues and friends are showing the signs of stress.
  Being able to put into practice some of the preventative measures at work which will reduce the chances of stress occurring.
  Understanding the importance of work / life balance and the positive impact a healthy lifestyle can have on your well being.
