  Producing relevant documents such as Job Descriptions and Person Specifications.
  Carrying out a short listing process that is fair to the applicants.
  Writing interview questions that reflect the requirements of the vacant post.
  Carrying out an interview in a professional and consistent manner that will enable you to recruit successfully.
  Offering the post, following up references & carrying out checks.
