Third Sector Workshops   From Volunteer to Paid Employee – Applying for Jobs Successfully     This workshop is aimed at volunteers who wish to move from volunteering into paid employment and feel they are out of practice in applying for jobs & lack confidence in knowing what skills they have to offer a potential employer.           The workshop will cover the following issues:         Assessing your skills as a volunteer.   Using the Person Specification as a tool to understanding what the employer is looking for.   Layout and structure of an application form.   Preparing for your interview.   Dealing with every type of question.   How and when to get feedback.           Back to Third Sector Workshop List
