Suspected Abuse – Recognising the Signs |

| This workshop is aimed at support staff that work with vulnerable adults who may have a history of being bullied, financially conned or the victim of physical abuse. This workshop will provide staff with the skills to recognise the possible signs of abuse and understand what their duty is to that individual. |

The workshop will consist of: |

Learning what the different forms of abuse are.

Learning how to recognise the signs and signals of abuse.

Understanding the importance of recording factual information and avoiding speculation.

Develop an understanding of where to seek advice and support if faced with a situation of suspected abuse.
