  Managing your Stress
 
 
This workshop is aimed at all staff no matter what position they hold. It will provide delegates with an insight into how the handle their own stress threshold as well as being aware of your colleague’s stress levels.

    The workshop will involve:
     
  Understanding what the different causes of stress are.
  How to recognise the signs and signals of stress both in yourself and in others.
  How to handle situations where colleagues and friends are showing the signs of stress.
  How to put into practice preventative measures at work which will reduce the chances of stress occurring.
  Understanding the importance of work/life balance and the positive impact a healthy lifestyle can have on your well being.
