Housing Services Workshops   Effective Communication     This workshop is aimed at project workers and support staff that use multiple methods of communication within their work environment and don’t have day to day contact with colleagues and managers.           The workshop will comprise of the following matters:         Understanding the role of the passive, aggressive and assertive personalities within your team.   How to use listening skills positively when communicating with others.   Valuing all your colleagues and the contribution they make to the team.   Recognising how your body language and facial expressions are seen by others.   Taking equal responsibility for the communication with-in your team.           Back to Housing Services Workshop List
