Lone Working!

This workshop is for staff who lone work and have to work independently of other members of their team. You will be given tools that will show you how to be an active member of the team and how to keep abreast of important information as well as managing your own well being.

		The workshop will consist of:

		Understanding who your support network is and how to access it.
		Understanding the importance of effective communication in a dispersed team.
		Managing your time and keeping up with all the tasks.
		Recognising when you need support in advance.
		Recognising the importance of planning your day and giving yourself variety.
