Housing Services Workshops   Managing Staff Performance     This workshop is aimed at managers who currently supervise staff and need to develop their skills in relation to managing both good and poor performers in the workplace to ensure skilled staff are not lost and less focused staff are motivated and inspired.           The workshop will include the following matters:         Recognising the difference between behaviour and performance!   Developing methods in the workplace that will highlight both strengths & weaknesses.   Is it a matter of Can't Do or Won't Do?   What are you and your team's motivators?   Learn how to develop tools to that will prevent poor performance!           Back to Housing Services Workshop List
