Housing Services Workshops   Applying for Internal Vacancies     The housing sector regularly advertise for vacant posts internally as they have a wealth of experience and skill already on the payroll including many relief cover staff who are waiting for an opportunity to move into fulltime work. This workshop is aimed at those people who have experience but not necessarily the confidence to apply.           The workshop will cover the following issues:         Assessing your own skill base.   Understanding how to use the person Specification as a tool to understanding exactly what skills, experience and qualifications are necessary for the job.   How to present yourself on the application form to your full potential.   Guidance on revising for an interview.   Staying calm when the questions start flying.   Learning how to analyse feedback and use it to your advantage.           Back to Housing Services Workshop List
